Mission

By organizing and co-ordinating the resources and energy of the supporting bodies and the members to be used for development works, to improve and develop the working culture of the zone by working in coordination with various development partners to free the society from its current backwardness and poverty.

 Vision

To see that the social and economic problems of the people of the zone are solved and they get rid of poverty and backwardness and reach a level where they can earn a middle income.

 Purpose

Expanding social services and economic institutions by coordinating and integrating the energy, money and knowledge of the natives and development partners to accelerate the development of the zone. • Preserving, enriching and handing over the language, history, culture and heritage of the ethnic group of Silte to the next generation
• Supporting the development and protection of natural resources of the Silte zone and technologies that increase agricultural production and productivity to be known and spread. • Supporting the capacity building work carried out by public and government institutions in the zone
• Providing support for women and youth to participate and benefit from economic and social development • H. No. Prevention of AIDS and Malaria and supporting the victims of the problem • Conducting research that will benefit the Selete ethnic group; Encouraging and recognizing individuals and organizations who invest in the field of investment and promote the culture and language by enriching it.
